I view the therapeutic process as collaborative, one in which I offer understanding and support to provide you with the space to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the courage to work toward making meaningful changes in your life. My style is one of warmth, empathy, humor and insight-oriented methods combined with therapeutic interventions tailored to fit your unique needs and treatment goals.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which has been proven highly effective for the treatment of trauma as well as with many other issues. My clinical interests include: LGBTQ-related concerns, adjustment to life transitions, relationship and self-esteem issues and trauma/abuse.
