My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, humanistic, holistic, and evidence based. I combine aspects of CBT, flow psychology, existentialism, yoga & meditation and traditional psychotherapy that are tailored to your specific needs. I specialize in women's health, anxiety, depression, prenatal/postnatal, relationship stress, career changes, & grief/loss.
I invite individuals & partners who are pregnant to work with me as I provide support through pregnancy and beyond to the fourth trimester.
