We all experience loss and the grief that goes with it. Loss can come in various forms, such as the death of a loved one, but also in ways such as the loss of a job, a dream, or a relationship. The feelings of grief that occur are normal but can feel very overwhelming and difficult to manage. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field, and as a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), I strive to come alongside each individual, help them utilize their strengths and their resources, find new hope, heal old wounds, and grow in new ways.
I specialize in maternal mental health, specifically perinatal loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss) and perinatal/postpartum anxiety/depression. I count it a privilege to work with women and support them in this very hard season of life.
