My role as a therapist is to give you a safe and peaceful space in which you can find hope and make the changes you desire for yourself. I have 20 years of experience working with a diverse population children, teens, young adults, couples and families. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also utilize art therapy components, overall wellness integration and mindfulness techniques. I am experienced working with individuals, couples, and the family system whatever that may be.
My therapeutic specialties include family dynamics, divorce, trauma, anxiety, depression, social/relational adjustment, school issues, adoption, LGBTQ+ needs, career/professional conflicts, communication, and relationship difficulties. I also have experience working with the caregivers of medically fragile and developmentally disabled children.
