My goal is to assist you through such stressors, and eventually overcome them. Whether, this is going through a life-altering event, overcoming trauma, or just finding ways to manage your life, I am committed to helping you find that happiness at the end. As your therapist, I will ensure that a safe, non-judgmental space is created so you can be equipped with the tools to live your most fulfilling life. I strive to help my clients find peace, comfort, and self-love that will guide them in life.
I believe that the client is the expert in their treatment and value the power of therapy to facilitate change. My areas of interest include individuals, children, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma-based issues. I have completed my training in EMDR.
