I specialize in treating maternal mental health / parental stress management, disordered eating, body image, relationship issues and general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma.
I believe in an integrative, trauma-informed approach, meaning I combine different therapeutic tools and methods to fit the needs of my clients. In my experience, no one form of therapy is right for everyone. Together, we will determine your goals and develop a collaborative and customized treatment plan.
