Navigating the School System

Led by Ami Goetz, Licensed Professional Educator (PEL) -- Ami will be leading a class for families navigating the complexities of special education. Ami holds a Professional Educators License (PEL) and has experience working in the public education system that certifies her to provide school social work services. As a current mental health therapist, Ami invites parents and caregivers to learn about the special education process in a supportive therapeutic environment. This class aims to empower parents and caregivers to advocate for their children's needs while engaging in peer support in a group setting.
