I offer an eclectic approach to traditional talk therapy, incorporating experiential interventions involving creativity, mindfulness, nature-based interventions, hypnotherapy, somatic processing, and more.
I completed my training in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, and am passionate about providing a safe space for you to process and integrate the spiritual aspects of your lived experience, whatever that means for you.
