My work is informed by contemporary / relational psychodynamic theory, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), somatic therapy, parts work, and Buddhist psychology. I work with individuals, couples, and groups ages 12 and older, whether it be short-term and solution-oriented or long-term and exploratory.
I am firmly grounded in the belief that psychotherapy can be a liberatory practice both individually and institutionally. I am committed to combating oppression in the world at large as well as within the field of mental health.
