Hi there! I am SO glad that you are here. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma that was experienced either in childhood or later in life, and the numerous things that often follow. For some individuals this looks like healing shame, anxiety, depression, grief, difficulty with connection or attachment in relationships, struggles with intimacy or trust, addictions or compulsive behaviors, disordered eating, and a multitude of other things.

I believe healing occurs best in supported connection. I work to create a safe space where you feel comfortable examining beliefs and behaviors that may no longer serve you and begin the process of healing. I’ve been where you are. I know the struggles of feeling stuck and overwhelmed as well as the joy and light that can exist on the other side.

I take a collaborative approach to the counseling relationship and am in no way a "sit-and-nod" therapist! I believe fully that YOU are the expert on your life and my hope is to help guide your journey to healing and growth while promoting your autonomy and power of choice.
