I specialize in attachment based therapy for adults struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, life challenges, co-dependency and/or relationship issues. I work from a holistic, client centered perspective merging clinical approaches such as EMDR, Attachment-Based, CBT and Inner-Child work . Additionally, I have experience working with adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as, anxiety, depression and/or anger management.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I don't practice one-size-fits-all therapy. I’ll follow your lead to develop a treatment plan that works best for you using traditional talk therapy or alternatives therapies such as Art Therapy or EMDR.
Sometimes the hardest part is admitting there is a problem. I am here to help guide you make meaningful changes in your life. Attachment-based therapy tends to the emotional wounding we had as children. We learn to understand how & why we relate to people we do by discovering unmet needs so we can reach our full potential.
