I have been licensed since 2014 and I have felt honored to be alongside every individual I have supported. I understand that the process of deepening relationship with Self in order to make change takes courage and vulnerability.
My practice includes a relational, attachment-focused psychodynamic approach. I integrate interventions from internal family systems, somatics, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and offer the use of dialectical behavior therapy skills. I am in the process of becoming trained in EMDR, which I look forward to integrating into my practice.
