I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Oregon and New York providing individual psychotherapy for adolescents & adults. I enjoy the collaborative and creative process of therapy and offer support around topics including emotional difficulties, relationship problems, life and role transitions, trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in warmth, respect and authenticity.
My primary theoretical orientation is psychodynamic -emphasizing a curious, exploratory stance to therapy. I see individual psychotherapy as a space for you to feel support as you seek enduring change. This process involves finding new understandings and solutions to the unique issues that brought you to therapy.
