Was there a time in your life when you felt like you needed something to change to help you get back on track? As a therapist, I try to provide a very flexible, open/ non judgmental, collaborative space, for my clients (adults and kids).
I understand and honor that as individuals, our cultures, family of origin and current environments impact our daily functioning and relationships. Sometimes we need that safe space to just be with a professional who can try to help provide insight and help you to create solutions and develop new skills to feel more “like you got this”.
