My personal journey through grief and loss as a military widow and a Gold Star spouse has given me a dedication to meeting those in pain and help them move towards hope. I love using EMDR with my clients because it really reduces presenting issues in such a holistic way, with negative core beliefs and where trauma is held in your body.
