We all experience hard things. Bad things happen and we create ways to cope with that, some good and some not so good. Each person can grow and repair from simple issues to complex traumas and hurts. I utilize trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches like Brainspotting, Somatic Processing and Trust-Based Relational Intervention, to tackle the root cause of the problem, not just the symptom. I utilize a strengths-based approach with all clients and families and believe you should be able to have fun along the way to healing.
I specialize in deep hurts or traumas. This can be anything from the way you grew up, a former relationship to a person or group, or to a specific event that hurt you. The things that we find the most difficult to talk about are the things that we need to pay close attention to. BUT, you don't have to do that on your own.
Often time issues or concerns arise through the interactions and the relationships we have with others. At ACCC our focus is on the process, relationships and not what is perceived as “problem”. Our goal is to empower and facilitate unique change among individuals and entities to increase the likelihood of success in life and the workplace.
