I have worked with a uniquely diverse population of clients with my background in both mental health and behavioral therapy. I have served clients as young as three and as old as early 80's. I have experience working with behavioral concerns, especially in children, working with families to implement positive changes. I have also worked with individuals facing anxiety, depressive symptoms, trouble processing trauma, and more. No matter what struggles you are facing, I will individualize my approach to best suit your needs.
As someone who primarily utilizes both psychoanalytic and CBT approaches, we will work together to connect past unresolved traumas with today's struggles and overcome them. My goal is to guide you on a journey to better yourself and provide you with the skills to continue overcoming life's challenges after our time together comes to an end.
