I love working with people who are ready to understand their issues in a way that elicits change. I mostly work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. My clients typically arrive to our first session with the recognition that they cannot keep approaching life in the way they have been. If you've reached this point- it's a magical time. It means you are ready and therapy will be effective.

Together, we will figure out how to live your life differently so your anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and/or trauma no longer impacts you in the same way. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a heavy emphasis on the relationship. People are hurt in relationship and are also healed in relationship.

Keep in mind that everything you do has a functional reason for it. Therapy helps you lessen your shame and guilt so you can understand yourself better and move forward.
