Level 1 training is the first step for therapists to learn Gottman Method Couples therapy. It gives therapist new insight into couples' struggles using research-based assessments and effective interventions. It provides an introduction to the over four decades of scientifically grounded research from Dr. John Gottman about what causes relationship stability and demise.
