I primarily apply a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to my practice of Psychology. I welcome a diverse range of clientele, ranging from young adults to geriatric populations. I also work with a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress management, personal development, and grief. I also offer marital and relationship counseling as well as family therapy.
