I specialize in working with relationship concerns, couple's counseling, men’s issues, depression& trauma work (EMDR). I also help with old coping mechanisms stemming from childhood, existential depression, & family of origin concerns. As a therapist, I want to help my clients relinquish pain and help them move towards a future that no longer feels limited.
