I utilize a variety of techniques, including approaches like Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.I have worked with individuals, couples and families struggling with the aftermath of trauma relationship issues and other mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, depression, postpartum)
Ultimately, my hope is that my clients will feel heard, empowered and confident to continue their journey towards the pursuit of happiness.
