Hi there! I'm Ally Higdon and my passion and specialty lies in helping those experiencing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, OCD, phobias, and identity concerns. I equally enjoy helping clients address self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, stress management, and depression. I specialize in working with college-age young adults, millennials, and Military/Veteran populations. You can feel confident in the treatment you'll receive as I've worked in various settings including three college counseling centers, a private practice, a community mental health center, and the VA.
I provide evidence-based practices with a personal touch – that means the treatment you’ll receive is backed by research and proven effective but personalized to your individual needs. I'm a very straightforward but gentle therapist and you can expect to recieve open and honest feedback from me.
