Despite what's happening in the world today, our mental health is VITAL to helping our immune system and overall functioning! I welcome you in taking the first step to health and healing. Every person and family is unique and all can face challenges. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist am trained in Family Systems therapy, which specifically treats the family as one unit, acknowledging that all individuals' actions affect each other collectively.
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families and specialize in anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, substance abuse and addiction, trauma, pre-marital counseling, stress management, divorce, and parenting issues.
As your partner & teammate I will support & assist in your healing process while providing a safe, judgment free space. At Inspire Change Counseling we work with the body as a whole for a holistic approach referring to appropriate providers such as nutritionists, chiropractors, & doctors to help rule out physical factors that may be contributing to symptoms.
