High School Support Group
This in-person group discusses issues related to: anxiety, depression, self/body image, peer issues, romantic relationships, college prep, and family stress. Members have described the group as “a social setting with a safety net that has helped with self confidence, anxiety reduction, distress tolerance, and trust building". When applicable, live action DBT skills are taught or reviewed giving each member the opportunity to apply that skill to a topic or issue that they or another member are working through. Teens are supportive of one another and open to discussing all and any topics of interest in a confidential setting.

This group provides support and coping strategies for adults who have a spouse, child or other family member with Borderline Personality Disorder or BPD traits. The benefits of the support and understanding from this group has proved to reduce anxiety and stress for members. Members will walk away with practical and useful techniques and DBT skills that they can use to reduce conflict and tension within their relationships. Insurance accepted.

Women's Support Group
This in-person support group addresses topics such as: social anxiety, depression interpersonal effectiveness skills for romantic and peer relationships, obtaining personal goals, balancing social, family or work expectations, family stress and other topics of interest to the group. This is a high functioning , supportive and inclusive group. Live action DBT skills will be incorporated for interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. Insurance accepted.
