I offer a variety of treatment approaches that include cognitive behavioral, solution focused, as well as, brainspotting.
All of these modalities demonstrate their effectiveness in relieving depressive and anxious symptoms. Brainspotting is a technique that utilizes the visual field to access and release unresolved trauma, core wounds, negative emotions, and deep-seated beliefs.
