I am a trauma informed and person centered therapist that uses a variety of modalities to provide a safe place to share your concerns, experiences, and emotions. I use EMDR, solution focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral approaches which can all work together to provide a place for support and healing.
