Are you struggling to identify what's keeping you stuck, anxious, misunderstood, or feeling lost? Do you yearn to live authentically, feel empowered, and find a sense of belonging and connection? Are you seeking ways to heal from your past? My clients, spanning various life stages, are ready to challenge themselves by reshaping their perspectives, exploring emotions, trying new behaviors, and nurturing self-support. Together, we work through past narratives, shame, anxiety, and emotional turbulence. My role is to guide them in mastering the art of living aligned with their values, fostering courage and effectiveness along the way.
I work w/ depression/anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum, life transitions, addiction, grief, & perfectionism. Frequently our challenges stem from relationships, encompassing even the one we have with ourselves. Therefore, I aid clients to clarify their personal + relational values, establish boundaries, attain significant objectives, + embrace calculated risks.
I meet clients where they feel most authentically themselves. I help them challenge beliefs, tolerate & accept difficult emotions, & clarify what they want for themselves. I help them accept and utilize self-compassion (instead of the inner critic) as a powerful tool for doing hard things. We all must endure at times - lets choose the how & why together.
