I also treat individuals with PTSD utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced-based treatment modality.
Utilizing primarily CBT and ERP, I can help equip you with tools to no longer be enslaved to your thoughts. You no longer have to live day to day, fearful of the next worries, thoughts or images that you feel trapped by. Instead of living a distracted life, you can learn to be more present with those around you. You CAN feel like yourself again.
