As a South Asian woman, I understand many of the real challenges women face in all areas of their lives. Hi, I'm Alizah (she/her), and I'm a pre-licensed psychotherapist at Naperville Wellness And Counseling. I work with teens and adults addressing a variety of women and gendered issues, including, but not limited to, disordered eating and body image concerns, anxiety, and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a biopsychosocial approach to empower you in your healing. Together, we will work towards self-discovery and acceptance on this transformative journey.

I hope to gain an understanding of my clients on a deeper level to better provide empathy and care.
