Do you struggle with overwhelming emotions, a noisy chaotic mind, or feel disconnected from your self and your purpose? Let's work together. The current world we live in can often feel overwhelming, and can make us feel stuck, anxious, or low energy. I work with trauma, anxiety, grief, self-esteem and self-expression, among others. Together we can work to metabolize traumatic experiences and emotions, expand your toolbox of helpful coping strategies, heal and deepen your relationship with your self and others, and help you live in a state of grounded peace and self-empowerment no matter what difficulties arise.
Simple and calm environment. I also provide fidget toys and art supplies.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client, using somatic, emotion-focused, expressive arts, and mindfulness based therapy. We explore and process your current issues, relationships and past experiences, and practice useful coping skills. Our sessions will have opportunities to use drawing and movement to process emotions, and to connect mind and body.
Anchoring in curiosity and compassion, I welcome all layers of my clients’ identities, including intergenerational and ancestral traumas, spirituality, and mystical experiences. You already have all the answers deep within! And I believe in your ability to return home to yourself.
