Adult ADHD Support Group
The adult ADHD Support Group at Inner Wave Therapy is for adults who have ADHD and/or anxiety. It is held virtually over the course of 6 weeks. The group is a judgment-free, confidential, and inclusive place to talk about struggles and successes. During group, adults with ADHD can support one another, learn about ADHD and gain practical skills to improve their cognitive functioning. Anyone who has been diagnosed with ADHD or has inattentive and hyperactive symptoms is welcome. Space is limited.

This is an open support group for adults who would like to talk about their anxiety and stress. The purpose of this group is to share stories, talk about coping skills, and receive helpful feedback. Connecting with others who can relate to your circumstances in a confidential and non-judgmental space can help decrease anxiety, increase self-esteem, and maintain healthy relationships.
