Counseling can be the first step for many to start making a positive change for the rest of their lives. I currently perform individual and family counseling to children, adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults struggling with racial identity and experiencing systemic discrimination. My treatment addresses challenges with depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, multicultural issues, family concerns, anger and behavioral management, and trauma for individuals 10 years and older.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor I can help my clients begin to see progress on their personal goals. My warm and empathic personality encourages hope and empowerment. My clinical experience includes working with children, teenagers, adults, families and blended families with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, multicultural issues and relationship challenges.
I believe people deserve to be heard and listened to without judgment. My personal background and childhood has allowed me to remain open to various experiences and perspectives. I strive to recognize each person's unique qualities and features. I want to help you feel less isolated and more confident so you can see your true genuine worth.
