I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including dating, relationships, trauma, sexual violence, physical assault, PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, OCD, and self-harm. I also strive to provide a non-judgmental space for sexuality and gender affirming care. My background includes victim advocacy, crisis counseling, pet therapy, and human sexuality education. I am passionate about empowerment, collaboration, and facilitating healing and growth from traumatic life events. Working with survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault is one of my specialties. I also specialize in helping the LGBTQ+ population explore and navigate their identities in a society that often stigmatizes being your authentic self.
