In my therapeutic approach I am person-centered and enjoy using techniques pulled from DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and others. I am also Prepare Enrich certified. I have been able to grow in my skills by working in substance abuse treatment and private practice. This has given me the opportunity to serve clients with a range of issues.
