I specialize in trauma informed therapy for adults, adolescents and families. Trauma-informed care is recognizing and working with the profound effects of trauma on behavior, emotions, and physical well-being, while prioritizing the creation of a safe therapeutic environment that avoids retraumatization. I have extensive experience with CPTSD, PTSD, medical trauma and phobias. I aim to understand the unique needs of each person, while emphasizing education, empowerment, and personal choice.

My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and providing evidence based treatments. My treatments including EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Mindfulness while incorporating learning the science behind our actions. Together, we will work to address the underlying emotional and psychological factors that contribute and influence your daily functioning.

I offer a free consult as a way to get to know me and see if I will be a good fit for you. I hold a deep passion for assisting trauma survivors and those navigating medical conditions. In addition to individual work, I provide family therapy to assist families in supporting and coping with a loved ones condition. I offer virtual visits within CA.
