We'll work together in a safe way by using evidence based practices, such as EMDR & other therapies, to relieve the nervous system, integrate unresolved memories & support mind/body.
Together, we will explore a variety of tools because any resource is only as valuable as it feels to YOU. I focus on trauma-informed and bio-psychological approaches that take into account the impact of past trauma on your current relationships and behaviors for the purpose of recognizing that trauma can affect the ability to connect to the self and others.
