In this group participants with learn and explore multiple mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on breath work, somatic, and meditative practices. Participants will explore the following, healthy relationships, emotional intimacy, sexuality, sexual function, face the shadow/explore your parts (internal family systems), around sexuality and relationships, connection, and SOO much more. The group will co-create a group agreement to foster a supportive, safe, and respectful space with one another. You will gain access to a private Facebook Group for member to maintain contact and be in touch with one another.
