Does anxiety, stress, and/or depression have you longing for positive change and reconnection to the world? I am a licensed psychotherapist helping adults find balance and direction in their personal and professional lives. I will guide your discovery of yourself, helping you to blossom into a more fulfilled human being. Most of my current patients and clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, poor body image, difficult relationships, or past trauma. We can work towards goals of healthy relationships, personal growth, job changes, parenthood, and overall life satisfaction. Together, we journey towards mental health and wellness.
I have a Masters in drama therapy and I utilize psychodrama philosophy and techniques. Each life is a narrative journey, and we all play many roles along the way. Examining roles helps us more fully understand both ourselves and those with whom we interact, in person or in our memories.
My sessions include dialogue, metaphor, and action techniques. Your stories and choices are central to the treatment process. You are welcome to bring in writing, art, music, or other creative expressions to help tell that story. There are no wrong answers, only supportive exploration and discovery of new insights.
