Hi! I'm Alex, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I utilize a variety of science-based theories and techniques, such as DBT and EMDR, that have been clinically shown to help people change, experience relief from suffering, and improve their lives. I have extensive experience working with trauma, cPTSD and PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Adult Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. By offering unconditional acceptance and support, I provide a safe space for us to work together so that you can reach your goals.
As a diagnostician with post-Master's training in assessment and diagnosis, I can also provide you with a complete, accurate diagnosis if you would like one. I am happy to help with FMLA paperwork, letters for accommodations, and emotional support animal letters for housing. I also provide gender-affirming care assessments & letters for transgender adults.
