Drawing on my training in Somatic Experiencing, and my lifelong creative practice, I am able to be of unique service to my clients. Whether it be depression, anxiety, trauma, or perhaps something you don’t have words for, I am open, non-judgmental, and curious. I pride myself on working with clients who are new to therapy, suspicious of therapy, or previously had a challenging experience with therapy or a specific therapist. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-centered approach to resolving symptoms of trauma. I am familiar with non-ordinary states of consciousness and can support you in the integration of those experiences.
