My goal is to help clients transform their pain into an opportunity for self-discovery, healing and empowerment, to ultimately reclaim their voice, purpose, and self-worth. I welcome individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lost, or that they "don't belong" as well as people who have experienced abuse or struggle with negative self image and a harsh inner critic. I believe that our ability to heal is connected to, and reliant upon our connections with each other. I work virtually with clients all over Washington state.
I use a non judgmental approach creating a safe and supportive setting. My aim is to explore with curiosity and kindness the aspects of life clients wish to attend. We might notice how patterns show up in the here and now while also exploring the past and how it has informed us. I’ll be encouraging and championing alongside you to find new ways of being.
I am a relational therapist which means that I am a very real person in the room. I also value imperfection, awkwardness and the messiness of life and relationships.
