I provide individual therapy and am passionate about helping clients navigate a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, perinatal/postpartum mental health, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I specialize in working with college-age individuals & young adults with a focus on anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and perinatal/postpartum mental health. Commonly used treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
