I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, families and individuals both in Latin America, as well as in the United States.
My particular passions include empowering youth – using techniques such as play therapy – as they navigate their own particular struggles, and working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Using a variety of methods such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy I meet individuals where they are and help guide them down the road to healing. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so I am equipped to counsel in either language.
