As a Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute trained Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, I provide a psychodynamic approach to help young individuals function more effectively in social, emotional, and academic domains, while empowering them to build confidence. I bring compassionate curiosity while encouraging individuals to open a window onto their life narrative.
In addition to treating children, teens, and emerging adults, I also provide consultations and support for parents and families as they seek to enhance their parenting strategies and strengthen their bonds. I am fluent in both French and Polish and have a keen awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural factors affecting many of my patients.
I hold a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Dominican University and am a Board-Certified Educational Therapist. More recently, I have completed the Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) training at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families in London.
