Life can be isolating and confusing, especially if you did not receive the nurturing, unconditional acceptance, and guidance you deserved as a child. I believe that every individual has unique, innate wisdom just waiting to be discovered & that is where I come in! I will help you discover your true, inner self that may be clouded by trauma, anxiety/depression, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, or other challenging symptoms. I am neurodiversity & queer-affirming and I find I work particularly well with ADHD and Autistic clients, supporting them to honor their unique needs and gifts while navigating the demands of life.

My approach is relational, meaning I believe transformational change starts with our ability to building a trusting relationship with one another. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet you where you're at, fostering collaboration built on trust and empathy. Some modalities I draw from include somatic-based, harm-reduction, mindfulness, and EMDR.
