I've been in practice for over 20 years and I've helped many many patients through difficult periods such as divorce, illness, deaths and other tough life transitions. I will work to help you understand why you may be feeling stuck or frustrated in your life. My goal is not to tell people what to do or make decisions for them, but rather help them figure out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to go about getting it.
I am an extremely experienced and seasoned therapist and after working for over 20 years in NYC I've seen it all! I know that reaching out is the hardest step, but starting to talk about your issues works almost immediately! Please note that I am currently only seeing patients by Skype or FaceTime.
