I love working with people who are recovering from trauma, struggling with life transitions, or dealing with anxiety or depression. I provide a positive learning environment where teens and adults can learn how to manage difficult emotions.
I have been in practice for eight years and have training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT. I have also worked as a school counselor and am well versed in school-based advocacy, 504 plans, IEPs, and interventions with parents/families. I enjoy proving gender affirming care to queer and trans youth.
