Hi there! I am Adriana, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I own Heirloom & Ember Counseling located in Flower Mound, Texas. I am down-to-earth, relatable, and it is my priority that you or your loved one feel cared for. I use a direct and compassionate approach by integrating as much psycho education in the therapy room as possible. I do this because I believe, nothing helps us change more than awareness!
I will offer you practical interventions to feel better. I provide collaborative therapy with an emphasis on emotion and connection. I work with children: 3rd grade and older, adolescents, adults throughout the life span, couples and families.
