Hi! I am a licensed counselor based in South Austin. My passion for therapy has to do with the adventure of the transformative process. I work with people who want to achieve more of their potential ⁠— emotionally, creatively, relationally, spiritually ⁠— and are looking for help with that.

My approach is on the practical side and non-ideological. I'm devoted to making the therapy an effective tool for you. I've trained in a variety of methods and find that virtually all of these have their use. The key to unlocking their value is a good collaborative therapeutic relationship and adapting the therapy to your unique needs and goals.

One of my philosophies of life is that it is often asking for various forms of balance: Balancing kindness and strength, tenderness and toughness, openness and clarity.
